Auto Repair Sales & Inventory Dashboard

#The need

The shop kept spare parts inventory, sales and vehicle service records in notebooks and scattered lists. There was no quick way to see how many of a part were left, what work a car had been through, or the day's sales.

#The solution

I designed and built a simple dashboard around how the shop actually works day to day.

• Inventory: Parts are stored with code, brand and compatible vehicles. A warning appears when a part drops below its critical level.
• Sales: Parts sold or used in a service job are deducted from stock automatically.
• Service records: Look up a car by plate to see its past work and the parts used.
• Reports: Daily and monthly sales, best-selling parts.

#Deployment

The dashboard runs on a server with Docker and is backed up regularly. It works from the shop computer and from a phone.
